Deanna Goodwine, VSP

Deanna Goodwine, VSP, serves as Housing Manager for I AM VOICES, where she helps create a safe, welcoming, and supportive home for survivors participating in the organization’s residential programs. With more than 20 years of housing management experience, Deanna brings extensive knowledge of residential operations, participant support, safety, compliance, team coordination, and maintaining stable living environments.

Deanna also brings decades of experience in operational leadership, staff development, customer service, training, and administrative management. She spent years with Qualfon, coordinating office operations, supporting employee recruitment and onboarding, managing logistics, and strengthening communication across departments. She also proudly served our country through the United States Navy in aviation administration, where she managed personnel schedules, developed training programs, maintained regulatory documentation, and supported operational audits. Deanna holds a Six Sigma certification, further demonstrating her commitment to efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.

As Housing Manager, Deanna oversees the daily needs of the residence, promotes safety and accountability, supports participants through challenging moments, and helps ensure the home remains organized, stable, and responsive to each survivor’s needs. As a credentialed Victim Service Provider, she approaches this work with compassion and an understanding of trauma-informed, survivor-centered care.

Deanna has dedicated countless hours to helping others and believes deeply in empowering women as they work toward healing, stability, and independence. Her compassion, dependability, strong work ethic, housing expertise, and lifelong commitment to service make her an invaluable member of the I AM VOICES team. Outside of her work, Deanna is a devoted wife, loving mother, daughter, and proud grandmother who treasures time with her family.
