A proud U.S. Navy veteran, Larry’s career has been grounded in discipline, service, and accountability. During his military service, he held leadership roles that required high levels of precision, responsibility, and integrity — qualities that continue to guide his work in the civilian and nonprofit sectors.

Larry currently serves as the Board Treasurer and Chair of the Finance Committee for I AM VOICES, INC., a nonprofit organization whose mission is to empower, advocate for, and walk alongside survivors of sexual violence and trafficking. He brings not only his financial expertise but also a personal commitment to protecting and uplifting vulnerable communities. His role involves overseeing financial planning, guiding budgeting processes, and helping ensure the organization’s resources are used effectively to advance its vital mission.

Larry joined the board because he believes in the power of community-based advocacy and is deeply committed to using his skills to amplify the voices and needs of survivors. He views his service not only as financial stewardship but as an act of advocacy to bring healing, justice, and empowerment to those affected by sexual violence.
