Nicholas “Nick” Harris, Esq.
Nicholas “Nick” Harris is an attorney with Motley Rice LLC in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, where his practice focuses on complex civil litigation, including mass torts, toxic exposure, and litigation involving survivors of sexual assault. His current work includes representing survivors in litigation involving sexual assaults connected to rideshare companies, including the Lyft sexual assault multidistrict litigation.
Prior to joining Motley Rice, Nick served as an Assistant Solicitor with the Ninth Circuit Solicitor’s Office in Charleston, where he prosecuted criminal cases and served as a Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) Grant Prosecutor, advocating for crime victims and survivors.
Nick is also the Founder and President of Sundrops Montessori Cares, Inc., a nonprofit organization providing need-based scholarships to families seeking access to Montessori education. He oversees fundraising, budgeting, donor relations, community partnerships, and long-term organizational strategy.
Nick earned his Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law and holds degrees in Supply Chain Management and Finance from the College of Charleston, where he was a member of the men’s basketball team, a CAA Champion, and team captain.
I serve on the I AM VOICES Board because I am passionate about advocating for survivors of sexual violence and human trafficking. I hope to use my legal and nonprofit experience, leadership skills, and professional and community network to help strengthen I AM VOICES’ organizational foundation, expand its reach, and support its continued growth and impact.
